” Thank you for speaking with me yesterday and for all your help and advice. I really can’t believe the difference it has made to me. I have tried the column dressing and was very pleased with the result. I have used some of the pieces in my wardrobe to build together outfits that I would never have thought of and I went into John Lewis yesterday with my colours and just explored as you suggested. I now realise that I have been buying clothes that I like the look of rather than clothes that really suit me, and in my colours. I shall try to discipline myself with the list because it really does make sense.

“So appreciated Helen’s words of wisdom when packing for a long weekend in Budapest. I laid everything out on the bed and colour coordinated all day wear and even managed to limit my foot wear to 3 pairs including walking boots and evening shoes. I packed everything into one suitcase and a handbag so no heavy hand luggage to lug around the airport and into the overhead locker. Helen’s visit has made such a difference to the way I dress and also increased my confidence. The day itself was very enjoyable although challenging at times. I got rid of my old out of date work clothes and tried to set up my wardrobe for my new life style of ‘yummy mummy’! It helped me understand what styles and colours best suited me and identified new combinations of clothes from my wardrobe which I had missed. It has given me confidence when shopping for clothes and I have added new colours to my range.
